Issue:
EcoStruxure Control Expert project opening in Read-only mode

Resolution:
When opening a EcoStruxure Control Expert project, you have the option to open the project in read-only mode. If this option is not selected and the project is still opening in read-only mode, follow the steps below
1. Close the project.
2. Locate the .stu project file on your computer
3. Right click on the project file and select properties
4. uncheck the "Read-only" attribute under the "General" tab of the file properties
5. Select "apply", then OK
6. Open the .stu project file in Control Expert and it should now open in Read/Write mode
