The customer has created a custom event in Com'X. She is wondering is the customer event per-physical-device based or per-device-type based?

Cause
If the customer has 3 sensors (of the same model) connected to the Com'X, and, say, the customer has created a custom event for the model, does she need to create custom event once or three times since she has 3 devices of the same model?
Resolution
For Custom Events, each event is for just one physical device (regardless of the device type). If the customer has 3 sensors of the same device type, she has to create 3 custom events, one for each device.
