ENM is not showing Cause, Cause Value, Effect and Effect Value attributes
Issue
Certain attributes are missing in ENM Monitoring as shown below:

Cause
The errors indicate that there is a problem with the Alarm Definitions. ENM encountered an error while looking up the categories for an alarm event.
Resolution
To realign the alarm definitions, do the following:
- Restart the Application Modules Core Services Host service.
- Restart the SE Event Gathering Service
- Refresh tags on the ENM Configuration Event Sources tab.
