Cannot create projects in Control Expert after activating the security from within the 'Security Editor'.

Resolution
Attempts to create a new Control Expert application fails after enabling security.

This issue will occur if the 'DTM Access' is defined as 'SystemOperator in security profile..



To resolve the issue, change the 'DTM Access rights' to 'Administrator'.
