Vijeo Designer is unable to build any project if Microsoft OneDrive is set to sync the Vijeo-Manager folder
Issue:
When building any project, the Vijeo Designer will report a compiler error if Microsoft OneDrive is setup to sync the Vijeo-Manager folder.

Resolution:
It is strongly recommended not to sync the Vijeo-Manager folder of Vijeo Designer with MicroSoft OneDrive. This will cause all builds of your applications to fail because Microsoft OneDrive will lock the file while it is being uploaded. The Vijeo-Manager folder is intended to be the workspace for the software and it needs full read/write access at all times. Backing up this folder is unnessary. The proper way to backup your project is to export it to a .VDZ file.
