Cannot open DTM after adding eds file.

Resolution
Attempts to open the DTM for a device that was imported into Control Expert by adding the eds file, fails.
This issue could occur if the eds file used an old naming convention to define the device.
The following steps can be used to resolve the issue.

Resolution
Attempts to open the DTM for a device that was imported into Control Expert by adding the eds file, fails.
This issue could occur if the eds file used an old naming convention to define the device.
The following steps can be used to resolve the issue.
- Open the eds file with Notepad.
- Scroll down and note the device naming convention. (The old naming convention will use a name and catalog)
- Delete the device from the DTM Browser.
- Add the eds file again using the 'Add EDS to library' wizard.
- Browse for the eds file.
- Uncheck the option 'New Naming Convention'.
- Click on 'Next'.
- Click on Next
- Click on Finish.
