UPDATE
[ApplicationModules].[Configuration].[ConfigurationSettings]
set Value = 'true' , [UserId] = 'GlobalSetting'
where ItemType = 'Web Framework' and Item = 'Server' and [Key] = 'MultiUseTokenEnabled'


After the authentication is enabled, use a web browser to navigate to:
https://<YourServerName>/Web/MUT.
