Issue
The Write to System task was completed but in the CM tool log there is an error like this:

|Exception occurred while writing System Registry.||Business
17:16:42:839||Information||None||System Registry||Exception Message An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 5329, position 33..||Business

Root Cause
The error was during Write to System due to an invalid character - ampersand "&" in the Registry.xml
Part of the registry with the offending entry:
<Value name="Installation Date & Time" value="30/04/2019 14:56:42" type="String" />

Proposed Solution
Extract the archive and remove the line from the registry.xml and then zip again.
The line number to be removed is going to be in the CM Tool log error message.
For instance:
17:16:42:839||Information||None||System Registry||Exception Message An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 5329, position 33..||Business

Additional Note
This issue may have impacted earlier versions of the tool. The resolution will be the same.
This issue has been fixed in Configuration Manager Tool 2021 onwards.
