MiCOM P12x/y Remote controls not working

Issue
I am trying to send Controls via Modbus RTU to a MiCOM P121 IED but not working.

I managed to read the LED statuses (Add: 12) & Analogs (Add: 48, 50,52,54) 100% correct.

According to manual we need to send commands through Holding register 400 (bit 3 & 4 ) for trip and close orders respectively. I tried that, and I even tried to send a control to bit 2 “Clear all alarms” and still nothing. (injected a trip)

I did assign trip and close to RELAY OUTPUT 3 & 4 on the relay face plate settings,

Any idea what else we can try ?.

Environment
Control not works when program mode is active.

Solution
If reading is fine but writing remote commands are not accepted, the device is in programming mode.
The programming mode is indicated with the letter "P" on the right hand side of the display on each menu heading. The letter "P" remains present as long as the password is active.
Program mode will deactivate when there is no activity on keypad for 5 minutes.
Remote commands will work after "P" letter goes off in the HMI..
