Why do my NBPD0165 cameras have different firmware revisions?

Environment:
NBPD0165 camera
Cause:
Due to a change in hardware, your camera pod NBPD0165 may have one of 2 different types of firmware that looks like the following:
a720191014NSQ or a720211203NX (the actual numbers may change.
Resolution:
There is nothing you need to do, the older camera pods will not work with the newer firmware and the newer camera pods will not work with the older firmware. There is no need to attempt to standardize on a single firmware revision and that can only cause issues.
