Why has DHCP function been removed for HMISTU series?

DHCP IP address configuration has been removed for HMI STU Series with Vijeo Designer.
Goal of this article is to inform details about this issue.

Due to cybersecurity reasons, obtaining an IP address through DHCP is no longer allowed in HMISTU target.

The new HMISTU series SV:8.1 or later will be released with a Factory Runtime without DHCP function. The customer needs to manually configure the IP address of the HMISTU targets.
The new HMISTU series SV: 8.1 or later must be programmed with Vijeo Designer 6.3 SP1.
The DHCP function is disabled in the BuildTime of Vijeo Designer 6.3 SP1 for the HMISTU series.
After downloading a project with Vijeo Designer 6.3 SP1, the runtime in the new HMISTU targets or old HMISTU targets is replaced by V6.3 SP1 runtime without DHCP function.
