In a DFB type, variables with mentioned types “ANY”, “ANY_INT”, “ANY_ARRAY” (and “ANY_BIT” also) can be created through the data editor. But the analyze of this DFB will fail, because such types are not supported.
The mandatory assignments of each kind of pin are the following (the other cases are optional):

- Inputs => DeviceDDT, DDT-Reference, REF_TO
- Output => DeviceDDT, DDT-Array, anonymous array (“Array of xxx”), DDT-Reference, REF_TO
- Input/Output => IODDT, DeviceDDT
