How to Use EcoStruxure Process Expert - Grain Silo Manager 2022 library in EcoStruxure Process Expert 2023 ( EPE2023 )

1. Overview This document contains the steps needed to use EcoStruxure Process Expert – Grain Silo Manager 2022 library in EcoStruxure Process Expert 2023 ( EPE2023 )  . Read the complete document before you use the product or products that are described herein.

2. System Requirements For system requirement, please refer to EcoStruxure Process Expert 2023 release notes.

Supervision Software Requirements -

To complete the deployment of Supervision projects and use Supervision functions in runtime, you must install the following software: -

AVEVA Plant SCADA 2023

OPC Factory Server 3.63 (LARGE (L) configuration)

VisioSilo (Setup VisioSilo 10-2021-11-1)

3. Guide

3.1. Pre-Requisites to Import to successfully install EcoStruxure Process Expert - Grain Silo Manager 2022, all the below pre-requisites must be completed.

• Please check that you have Administrator Rights on your PC.

• EcoStruxure Process Expert 2023 must be installed.

• License is activated in the system using activation key in Floating License Manager.

• Both System Server and Engineering Client shall be closed.

3.2. Steps to Import after the successful installation of EcoStruxure Process Expert – Grain Silo Manager 2022, need to be followed as below-

Folder hierarchy must not exceed more than 49 characters else "Path Too Long" error may come while extracting the setup files via "Extract All" function.

E.g. The below mentioned folder hierarchy /path is having 49 characters. “C:\Users\admin\Desktop\Grain silo Final Setup\R1\

Folder hierarchy must not exceed more than 49 characters else "Path Too Long" error may come while extracting the setup files via "Extract All" function

To access resources after “Extract All”, Navigate to below mentioned location:

“EcoStruxure Process Expert – Grain Silo Manager 2022\ProgramFilesFolder\Process Expert – Grain Silo Manager 2022”

Refer below image for EcoStruxure Process Expert – Grain Silo Manager 2022 resources:

1. Install VisioSilo Tool available in below location:

• “EcoStruxure Process Expert – Grain Silo Manager 2022\ProgramFilesFolder\Process Expert – Grain Silo Manager 2022\VisioSilo”

•  Below popup may display while installing, click “Yes” and continue the installation

2. After the successful installation:

• Start System Server

• Once the “Server is Ready” Open Engineering Client

3. To Import the EcoStruxure Process Expert – Grain Silo Manager 2022 Library in the Global Templates:

• Go to Engineering Client --> Main Menu --> Global Templates

• Right Click on Global Templates and Select Import

• “EcoStruxure Process Expert – Grain Silo Manager 2022\ProgramFilesFolder\Process Expert – Grain Silo Manager 2022\Library”

• Select the Grain Silo Manager.sbk
