Resolution:
To manually configure the network management card using the display of your APC Smart-UPS Modular Ultra 5-20kW, follow these steps:
- On the home page, select the Configuration menu
- Select Network
- Set the Address Mode to Manual
- Enter the desiredIP Address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway
- Press OK and confirm to save changes.
The network interface will reboot but this will not affect the connected load to the UPS.
