Customer is unable to find the user manual or instructions for the SAGE Config to Excel Tool on the official website.

• Firmware update packages available for SAGE RTUs
• Customer expects documentation on the website but cannot locate it

Cause:
The website does not include the instructions for the Config to Excel Tool. The documentation is packaged within the Firmware Update bundles, specifically in the ConfigToExcel folder.

Resolution:

1. Locate the Firmware Update package for your SAGE RTU. The latest version is in the next link: SAGE RTU Firmware Update
2. Inside the package, navigate to the ConfigToExcel folder.
3. Open the included manual and refer to the “Getting Started” section for step-by-step instructions.
4. If you do not have access to the firmware package, contact SAGE RTU Support or your authorized distributor to obtain the latest version of the tool and its documentation.
