How do I manage my account and access permissions in mySchneider?
This FAQ covers inviting colleagues, finding/changing admins, gaining access to tabs or tools, and other account topics.
How to change an admin?

Your company admin has the ability to change the permissions to another user. If your admin is leaving the company we suggest they pass this role onto another person. If the admin isn't available, then you can reach out to your Schneider electric sales contact to get the admin changed.

Who is my admin?

Access to your mySchneider account is done through an admin designated by your organization. To find out who your admin is to get access to programs and features, access your profile, click company info tab to find your admin.

I am logged into mySchneider, how do I view who the Trusted Admin is for my company?

In mySchneider, navigate to your Profile and go to the Company Information tab. Your trusted admin details will be displayed.

I have forgotten my password for mySchneider, how could I create a new password? ​

On the mySchneider login page, navigate to the bottom navigation bar and select "Need Help?"
Then, select "Recover your password" under "Forgot password?“​

Through mySchneider, can I enable two-factor authentication? ​

Via mySchneider, select the arrow next to your name and then Profile.
From the Personal Data tab, you can activate this option but also choose how you wish to be verified.
Two-factor verification offers greater security to your account.​

How do I invite colleagues to mySchneider?

Click on your name in the top right-hand corner.
From there, select "Profile". It will take you to a new page where you will be able to see the "Invite Colleague" action:
When you click that button, enter the invitee's email and hit send. Your invitee will get an email. No action on your part, they will automatically be reviewed and approved.

Access to DLC Training

Authorized Distributors can access DLC training through the Trainings tab in mySchneider. If you click on the link and do not see the training offers you are pending approval from your company admin. Please find your admin in your profile and ask them to approve you.

Access to Opportunities or Deal Registration for ITSP

Only users that are level SELECT or above have access to the opportunities tab. You can check your IT Solution Provider Status by navigating to the ITSP dashboard in mySchneider and checking the tasks. The second screenshot shows the tasks bars where you can see what tasks are outstanding.

Ansira scorecards are accessible through your Schneider sales contact. Please contact them to get approval.

Can I customize mySchneider homepage?

Yes, you can personalize your mySchneider homepage according to your preferences. Kindly watch the video below to understand how you can customize your mySchneider homepage.

I am logged into mySchneider, and am a member of a partner program. How do I see my benefits?

In mySchneider, navigate to the Programs component on the homepage.
Click on your program to view details including associated requirements and benefits.

I am logged into mySchneider, but do not see my correct program membership. What should I do?

To find your correct program membership, please reach out to our tech support team.

There are a couple of ways to contact support:
1. Navigate to and select "Support" on the top navigation bar of mySchneider and select "Start Chat" to chat with our tech support team.
2. Select the chat option available on the bottom right area of any mySchneider page.
3. Or, select "Create new case" and enter the necessary information.

I am logged into mySchneider, how do I . . . ?
change my Business type?

In mySchneider, you navigate to your profile and then to the company information tab to check your current business type.

The person who is the Trusted Admin for your company can request this be changed by contacting support here or (https://www.se.com/myschneider/contact). Select the support option which best meets your needs.

In mySchneider navigate to your profile and then to the company information tab. The person who is the Trusted Admin for your company will have the ability to edit the information on this page.

Note, you will need to contact Customer Support (https://www.se.com/myschneider/contact) if there is a change to your country. Select the support option which best meets your needs.

change my profile to reflect I have recently moved to a new company?

If you have moved to a new company and would like to update your profile, please contact customer support. There are a couple of ways to contact support:
1. Navigate to "Support" on the top navigation bar of mySchneider and select "Start Chat" to chat with our tech support team.
2. Select the chat option available on the bottom right area of any mySchneider page.
3. Or, select "Create new case" and enter the necessary information.

Select the support option that best meets your needs and provide us with your new company details, including the email address.

view my completed trainings?

In mySchneider, navigate to the Training component on the overview page. On the Course List tab, select the completed option.

view my Rewards Program points?

When logged into mySchneider, Rewards points can be viewed in your profile component or within the Rewards component found on the overview page.

change my email?

While you are logged in to mySchneider, select the arrow next to your name.
Then select Profile and go to the Personal Information tab.
After selecting "Change email", a new page will appear where you can enter your new email address.

While you are logged in mySchneider, select the arrow next to your name.
Then select Profile and go to the Personal Information tab.
Finally, select "Change password".​

I no longer need access to mySchneider, is there a way to deactivate my account?

In mySchneider, navigate to the Settings & Preferences link under your Personal Information drop down.
To disable your account, uncheck the consent box for Terms of Use. You will receive a warning message to confirm your choice to disable your access.
