Geo SCADA Mobile and text font size

With the introduction of Geo SCADA 2025, the Geo SCADA Mobile phone/tablet app has been updated.

When the updated app is first launched on a user’s Android/iOS device, an ‘agreement’ screen will be displayed.  The user is required to read the agreement, check the box (or radio button) and then press the ‘Accept and Continue’ button at the bottom of the screen.

On an Android phone, the screen looks like this:

It has been found that if the text font size is increased on the device, the agreement message may not fully fit on the screen.  The image may appear like this:

With this view, the user will not be able to press the ‘Accept and Continue’ button at the bottom of the message and will therefore not be able to continue using the Geo SCADA Mobile app.

If this occurs, set the font size on your device to a smaller font to see the message in full, and to have access to the ‘Accept and Continue’ button.

Android Device

Go into Settings | Accessibility | Visibility Enhancements | Font size and style

Use the method provided to set the font to a smaller size

iOS Device

Go into Settings | Accessibility | Display & Text Size | Larger Text

Use the method provided to set the font to a smaller size

With the smaller font size selected, the user should now have the ability to press the ‘Accept and Continue’ button.

As the agreement screen only appears on the initial launch of the Geo SCADA Mobile 2025 app, the user should be able to restore the font to its original size and continue to use Geo SCADA Mobile as per normal moving forward.
