Resolution:

We provide impedance specifications for DIxx inputs on the ATV6xx and ATV9xx series, as well as for the STO inputs on the ATV320. However, impedance data for the standard DI inputs on the ATV320 is not currently available and will be included in a future update.

Meanwhile on ATV6xx we give the value below:

R&D testing indicates that for the ATV320, inputs DI1 through DI4 have a measured impedance of about 4 kΩ, whereas inputs DI5 and DI6 measure approximately 3.6 kΩ.

DI5 and DI6 are internally little different to DI1..DI4 due to the support of fast pulse.
