Resolution:
At the default setting, NMC Data Logs has an interval of an averaging of 10 mins. This can cause some measurements to be missed. There will be times when lowering the Data Log Interval to the minimum of 1 minute and setting the Data Log Size to the maximum are helpful in determining or analyzing power issues and gathering closer readings.
To configure the Data Log Interval:
Go to the tab Logs > Data > Interval
NOTE: After the data log reaches the maximum size, the oldest entries will be truncated from the log as newer entries are logged.
To configure the Data Log Size:
Go to the tab Logs > Data > Size
Note: Resizing the Data Log will also delete all current log entries. You may want to offload the Data Log via FTP or SCP before continuing.
