MV-90: Meter Events

How to retrieve meter events in MV‑90 and decode the events that MV‑90 reports.

Cause:

Event codes/Descriptions can differ between what the meter records and what MV‑90 shows, and not all events may be retrieved directly. Conversion/mapping depends on the TIM.

Resolution:

About event retrieval

• The TIM automatically reads the meter Event Log for the same time period as an All/Partial Read.

To retrieve events:

1. Perform an All/Partial Read.
2. Go to Meter Events → Event Maintenance → choose the RecorderID.
3. Change the Start Date to an earlier date → Go.
