What should the DC bus measure on an ATV312H...N4?

Issue:
How do I calculate/ determine the DC bus value ?  

Product Line:
Altivar 312

Environment:
All Altivar models and serial numbers

Cause:
Input rectifiers or DC bus have failed

Resolution:
The value of the DC bus voltage is dependant on the supply voltage.  The DC bus voltage should be approximately the value of the peak line supply voltage.  Example:  if the line supply voltage measures 480vac (RMS) then the DC bus will be 480 X 1.414 or approximately 678vdc.
