Issue
PME 2020 and in previous versions show the firmware version of the CM2000 series meters incorrectly both in Vista and in the Diagnostics. This intern impact Power Advisor as well.
Environment
Power Monitoring Expert v8.2/v9.0 /PME2020
Cause
Bug with the PME driver.
Resolution
Download the appropriate PME version hotfix which is available in the below box link –
