How to troubleshoot incorrect relay current measurement

Need to do below simple exercise for  troubleshooting:
1.Please check CT ratio configured in relay.

2.Please check correctness of wiring using user manual.

3.Please take help of a clamp meter in order to check current flowing to CT terminal of relay.
-> If there is no current please check the source of current.
-> If there is flow of current observed in clamp meter but in relay measurement(on display/ software) there is no current, there is issue in relay CT coil.
Please do the above exercise for all the wired CT terminals of relay and make a report of this with snapshots/video so that it will be easier for Schneider Electric support personnel to provide quick solution.

If there is some other issues need to be checked by our certified repair center.
