Schneider Electric India Foundation (SEIF) and Spreading Happiness InDiya Foundation (SHIF) are the two social arms of Schneider Electric India which work towards promoting inclusive growth through focused initiatives for the benefit of Youth, Children & Underprivileged Communities. Our focused interventions are spread at pan-India level, thus working as a catalyst for nation building and bringing economic opportunities for the community at large.

Spreading Happiness InDiya Foundation
Sachin Tendulkar and Schneider Electric India came together in 2015 like opening batsmen to begin a new innings- Spreading Happiness InDiya Foundation (SHIF). Their target was clear: improve the quality of education in schools and establish digital classrooms powered by solar energy, to make learning interactive and fun across rural and semi-urban India.
