Can an I -Line breaker be converted to a Lug-in Lug-out breaker and vice versa? Can the I-Line shroud and connectors be replaced with lugs?

The I-Line connector cannot be removed or retrofitted in the field or by the factory.  A new circuit breaker must be ordered with the lug in/out terminations.
A unit mount breaker, with lug in and lug out cannot be converted to an I-line breaker.
