Head of FinanceAnne Charbonnel is the Head of Finance for New Zealand, where she oversees all financial and commercial aspects of the business. In her role, she works closely with the Country’s leadership team as well as the Pacific Zone Finance team to get the best possible outcomes for the business, our customers and our people. Anne is an experienced Finance leader who has held a variety of senior Finance positions in New Zealand and Europe before joining Schneider Electric in 2023. Always eager to learn new things, Anne is also passionate about helping businesses grow and unleash their full potential through best-in-class processes, data-driven decisions and sustainable strategies for all stakeholders. Her areas of expertise include growth strategies, financial control, management accounting, financial accounting, system and process design and implementation, project management and team leadership. After 18 years working for the Telecom sector, in which she has a global expertise, Anne joined Schneider Electric in 2023 as Head of Finance for New Zealand where she oversees all financial and commercial aspects of the business. Steve Hodder
General Manager, Power SystemsAfter 9 years leading the Schneider Electric Central Region Sales Team, Steve moved to Auckland to lead the Infrastructure Team responsible for the Schneider Electric Medium Voltage product range. The MV product ranges are greater than 1kV and include indoor/outdoor CB’s, transformers, NER’s, disconnectors and associated product. Customers within this product range include Utilities, Generators, Local & Central Govt and Owners of private networks.Steve has a real passion for Grid Automation and is working within the industry to develop self-healing networks, utilising in-field devices. His main responsibilities focus on Medium Voltage Solutions within New Zealand and the Pacific Islands and ensuring his team meets the expectations of the vast range of customers.Steve is a member of the Schneider Electric NZ Leadership team and works across a number of the Business Units.Read more
