Ollie Hill

Ollie Hill has been a powerhouse of leadership and strategic vision in for more than two decades. Spearheading Schneider Electric’s business in New Zealand, Ollie is passionate about sustainability and played an active role as a board member of TechCollect NZ over four years. Ollie also leads PDL, Schneider’s brand specialising in electrical products and solutions in Aotearoa.    

Over the past 20 years, Ollie has demonstrated expertise across various domains, including energy management and industrial automation, enterprise account and partner management, and outsourced managed services.  

Ollie’s leadership is characterised by a deep commitment to diversity, inclusion and sustainability. Ollie believes that fostering a culture enriched by diverse perspectives is a catalyst for innovation and a thriving workplace with sustainable growth. 

As former Managing Director, board member, and long-term employee of HP in New Zealand, Ollie's passion for technology is broad, with a keen interest in digital manufacturing and cybersecurity. Ollie also views Al as a transformative and necessary tool for innovation and sustainable progress in product development and customer engagement.
