The XVBC02 is a 3.94``h stainless steel (black matte finish) support tube. The XVBZ02 is an aluminum (black matte finish)tube with a tulip base ( all one piece) and replaces this stainless item . Another newer option is an XVBZ02A tube and tulip base which is silver aluminum .
