Currently, it is not possible to setup an OPC connection for M241 PLC using OFS configuration tool. Therefore, an alternative OPC-DA tool will be required.
Please note, M241 PLC can only be used as an OPC server, therefore, perhaps you can try available OPC clients for communications.
You can have as many OPC servers as you want in one machine, it comes down to the OPC client and which one it will connect to for data. Some clients allow to configure multiple servers so you can communicate to multiple OPC servers at the same time. It all depends on your OPC client tool.
