What can cause an IHF or input overheating fault on the ATV680 enclosed drives?

Issue:

IHF or Internal overheating fault

Product Line:

ATV680 and ATV980 enclosed drives

Environment:

All

Cause:

AFE brick can be overheating or the drive ambient temperature is to high.

Resolution:

-Check Ambient temperature conditions

-Check to see if the heatsink is blocked.

-Look at the Drives thermal state the THDA setting

-Check the 48vdc cooling fan power supplies to see if they are powered up if the drive is powered on with a run command.
