ATV320 is flashing STO and NST Error Code ?

If the drive flash between STO/NST, then NST /STO, it looks like a short circuit between 0V and internal 24V of the drive.
The recommendation is to remove all terminal connections and wires from ATV320 ( DI1, DI2, DI3, STO, +24V, P24......).
First, connect and check screw of P24/STO.

ATV320 Control Terminals

Be sure that STO is connected with "original jumper" to P24.
Then check that SW1 switch is set on "SOURCE" and connect DI1 with a very short cable to +24V.

ATV320 DI1

Now, the drive will have only STO connected to P24 , & DI1 connected to +24V terminal. If the drive still flashes STO/NST, please consider changing the drive and contact Schneider Electric Support.
