PME - can custom images be used with email notifications?
Issue
If a custom image has been selected in the System Theme, notification emails received while the "Include email header" setting is enabled will have a "broken image" icon:

Cause
Custom images in notification emails are not currently supported.
Resolution
There is currently no workaround to include a custom image in emails directly sent by the Event Notification Module.
To prevent the "broken image" icon from displaying in the notification emails:
1. In the PME Web Applications, navigate to the Settings tab > Alarms > Notifications > Settings.
2. Uncheck "Include email header", then click Save.
