PME - License Configuration Tool License Removal

Issue

There was a problem returning my license and I need to manually remove my license from the License Configuration Tool. I have already contacted the Support Team to release the license.

Resolution

Releasing a license will allow it to be activated again, however releasing a license will not remove it from the License Configuration Tool. Please follow the below steps to clear the License Configuration Tool.

  1. Close the License Configuration Tool.
  2. Delete all files in C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\License. (The files can be hidden)
  3. Activate the license again in the License Configuration Tool.
