Domain Accounts are unable to access the PME 'Reports' application

Issue
Domain accounts logged in to the PME server are unable to access the 'Reports' application.

Resolution

The domain controller was not accepting 64-bit requests, so to resolve this you need to enable 32-bit Applications in the Webreporter App pool in IIS.

On the PME server: Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. In the left pane, expand server name > Application Pools. Right-click the WebReporter AppPool > Advanced Settings > set "Enable 32-Bit Applications" = True. Click OK, and right-click the Application Modules AppPool > Start (or if already running, do Stop, then do Start)

Run the command prompt as administrator and reset the iis with the command: iisreset

    Restart the ION Appmod services.
