PME Web Applications is producing the following error - ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Issue
When trying to access the PME Web Applications the page will not load and will produce the following error - ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Resolution
Please follow the following steps to resolve the issue

Steps Followed:

1. Open IIS Manager
2. Select Default Web Site on the left under Connections
3. Double-click Machine Key
4. Make sure Validation method = SHA1, Encryption method = Auto
5. De-select both Automatically generate at runtime checkboxes
6. On the right under Actions, click Generate Keys
7. Copy the two keys, one is the Validation key, and the other is the Decryption key.
8. Expand Default Web Site
9. Click on Dashboards, then double-click Machine Key
10. Make sure Validation method = SHA1, Encryption method = AES
11. De-select both Automatically generate at runtime checkboxes
12. Paste the generated keys into their respective fields.
13. Repeat steps 9 through 12 for each of the other pages under Default Web Site.
14. Restart IIS by opening the command prompt and running the command: iisreset
15. Open Services and restart ION Application Modules Core Services Host (this will also restart ION Application Modules Provider Engine Host and ION Application Modules Data Services Host).
16. If you had the Web App open, fully close the browser and open a new one before trying the Web App again.
