For migrating ISaGRAF 3.55 projects to Remote Connect, how to convert from .pia to .hie format?

There is a procedure to convert a .pia isagraf file, but we (SE) do not have the software or licenses to do this. It requires legacy Isagraf 3 workbench software which has been obsolete for many years and Schneider Electric no longer has the ability to generate licenses or access to any license for this software.

It is only available through ISaGRAF support at Rockwell Automation.
