This is a result of the Display settings. To correct this go to Start - Settings - Control Panel - Display - Settings - Advanced -Display - Change the font size to normal (96 dpi) or small. - Reboot.
If this occurs on some projects but not all projects, delete the project's .ZTX file and reopen the project.
