Resolution
For RS-485 interface, the cable part number is XBTZ938.
The cable uses an RJ45 male connector on the M340 side and a Dsub 25-pin male connector on the XBTF side.
For RS-232C interface, there is no manufactured cable. A custom cable will need to be fabricated.
The pinout is as follows:

DB25 RJ45
RxD 2 <------------------------------------------------------------> 1
TxD 3 <------------------------------------------------------------> 2
SG 7 <------------------------------------------------------------> 8
Pins 8 & 12 are jumpered Pins 3 & 6 are jumpere
