Resolution
Use the following steps to change the the installation from a single user license to a multi-user license
on an unauthorized installation of the Advantys Configuration Software.

• Click on 'Start\All Programs\Schneider Electric\Advantys\Registration' to start the 'Registration Wizard'.
• Click on 'Next'.

• Click on 'Ask for an Authorization Code'.

• Click on the desired method to use for getting the authorization. (i.e., phone )

• Fill in the form that appears.
• Enter the part number for the multiple user license (i.e., use STBSPU1130 at the bottom of the form

for a multi-user license.)

• Enter the serial number.
• Click on 'Next'

• Call the 'Registration Center'.
• Click on Next'.

• Enter the received code in the 'Received Authorization Code' entry box.
• Click on 'Next' (A confirmation window will get returned.)

• Acknowledge the confirmation window.
• Close the Registration Wizard.
• Click on 'Help\About' from within the 'Advantys Configuration Software', to verify

that the part number has been changed to the new part number.
