The following error appears when you are installing Sling on Win 7, Server 2008 or Win 8:
COMCTL32.OCX is an Active X Control that is used by applications to display dialogs. It is widely used, but considered 'old' as it has been replaced in new applications by MS presentation foundation (WPF) . The solution is to reinstall this component.
