Issue Firmware upgrade fails in ION Setup and the Device Upgrader, but does not have a specific error code. A general message of "Operation Failed!" or "Upgrade Failed at..."… is given. Product Line ION7300 Cause In this case the firmware version is not compatible with the meter’s Revision. A or B firmware is being installed on a B or A meter. The upgrade fails immediately since the firmware and meter are incompatible.
