Power Monitoring Expert 8.x - The Installer fails at the SQL Server service account check even though SQL Server is using LocalSystem

Issue:
During a new install of PME 8.x, or an upgrade from an earlier PME version, the PME 8.x installer stops at the SQL Server service check. The error says:
'The Service Account under which SQL Service is currently running does not have the required system permissions. Please refer to the Installation Guide for more information'

Product Line:
Power Monitoring Expert 8.x

Environment:
Software Installation

Cause:
This error is caused because the account that SQL service is running under does not have write permissions to a folder that the installation is accessing.

Resolution:
Before replacing broker files please check to see if either resolution in FA231033 will correct the issue.

For PME 8.1 and older:
- To work around this issue, replace the released version of EverythingElse.broker.xml with the attached version of this file in which the SQL Server service check has been commented out.

For PME 8.2:
- To work around this issue, replace the released version of Database.Core.broker.xml with the attached version of this file in which the SQL Server service check has been commented out.

To do the workarounds mentioned above, it is necessary to copy the contents of the PME 8.x DVD onto the local machine and unpack the iso file.
The broker files can be found in the \setup\brokerFragments directory. Rename the existing file, and copy in the attached file.

**NOTE: This should only be done if you are certain that the SQL Server service account has the required permissions. In most cases, the LocalSystem account will be appropriate.
