Why doesn't the HMIG5U/HMIG5U2/HMIG5U21/HMIG5U22 detect my brand new CFast card?

Environment
Windows Embedded 7 (HMIG5U / HMIG5U2)
Windows 10 IoT (HMIG5U21 / HMIG5U22)

Cause
When using the Schneider Electric CFast card with part number HMIZCFA16S, the HMIG5U or HMIG5U2 will not automatically detect it because the disk will be defined as Offline in Windows.

Resolution
If you already have a Primary CFast card inserted in your HMIG5U or HMIG5U2 as the System drive running the OS, the second one will not be Online.
To manually set it to Online, you must use Windows Adminstrator Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management.
Right click on the "disk" and set it online.

Once this is completed, Windows will recognize the CFast card as a secondary storage device with a new drive letter.
