Issue:
Fault reset in ATS48

Cause:
Softstart is faulted

Resolution:
Remove the control power (CL1-CL2 voltage) from the unit until the display goes off.  Wait a few seconds and re-apply the control power. This resets the fault.  If the unit powers up to a fault code, it has faulted again.  Investigate the cause of the fault.
