Why is "transfer license to USB device" grayed out in Vijeo Designer's License Manager?
Issue:
Unable to transfer the Vijeo Designer license to a USB / Removable Media device when Computer ID is unknown. The option is no longer available in the License Manager.

Resolution:
This feature is purposely grayed out as we do not support transfer to USB device for Vijeo Designer's license. We prefer a more secure option of transferring to removable media only when the destination computer ID is known. This method prevents unauthorized PCs from taking the license and prevents the risk of losing the license.
With Vijeo Designer V6.2 it is possible to transfer the license via a removable media.
