Cause
The User Database Protocol provides no guarantees for message delivery and the UDP layer retains no state of UDP messages once sent.
For this reason, UDP is referred to as an 'unreliable protocol' and is not suitable for real time data or historical data logs.

Resolution
UDP is not supported by PME.
