Resolution:
Verify Function block is disabled.   ATV32 / 320 – Disable Function Blocks - To turn off the function blocks

Go to the FULL menu enter  Fbn enter > FbCd enter and set this to STOP

Now you can adjust parameters or go back to the factory settings   ConF > FCS > FCS1 = InI, FrY – InI, GFS – YES (2s) (all 3 in this order)

** Keep in mind that a factory reset will remove the Function Block program and the application will no longer work as it previously did
