Issue:
Customer wants to use the unit with 480V supply for a 415V rated motor.

Cause:
N/A

Resolution:
The ATS01 is a softstart, that once it reaches full speed/output will provide the full line voltage to the motor.  The ATS01 is rated up to 460VAC, so can be used with a 400V or 415V rated motor.

If they need to supply 480V for a 415V rated motor, they will have to change the voltage from 480V to 415V.
