Issue:
A customer would like to replace an individual fan in the NetShelter VX roof fan.

Product Line:
AR8210, AR8210BLK, AR8211, AR8211BLK

Environment:
All versions and serial ranges.

Cause:
One or more of the fans of the AR8112 or AR81112BLK have stopped.

Resolution:
The individual fans of AR8112 or AR8112BLK are not available as spare parts.
