Description:
1036 System Error Code indicates that the backup firmware license file is missing. It does not mean that the license is invalid.
Note: This issue has been resolved in 8.14.5 and later firmware.

Workaround:
- Clear Errors
- Update the firmware to 8.14.6 ( if the firmware is 8.14.5 or later skip this step).

- After updating the firmware reload the license file. From Transfer Menu Press Activate License File and follow the steps to finish reloading the license file.
- If this does not resolve, please contact orderstrss@schneider-electric.com to order a new license file.
